Ordinary Girl is a social criticism towards stereotyping among people of Indonesia about certain fashion choice and cultural aspect, the burqa. Originally burqa is worn by middle eastern people in the desert to avoid the heat and sandy wind that goes most of the time in their geographical area. Throughout the time burqa seemed to symbolise a certain group of culture, or even religion. Majority of Indonesian people are muslim, yet the idea of burqa still terorises people.
